Customers and registered users of the Service ("Customers") use the Service to connect Customer applications and services ("Customer Services") to their users' third-party accounts ("End-User Accounts") and transfer data ("Customer Services Data") between the Service and End-User Accounts.

To use Eupathy services you must first register to our app which requires some basic information (like name,username,email address). We also collect information when you update your profile. We use this information for password recovery and for login to Eupathy account. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. If your personal information changes in any way, you can make updates to your profile information by logging into your account on Eupathy at any time.
Customer Data
Eupathy collects some information when you update your profile (like age, gender, phone number, address, education, occupation, marital status, allergies and illnesses). This is information requires for your health and medical history that you may input when using or communicating with the Service. Anonymous personal information is not personal information because it does not identify a particular person.
Counseling Session Data
Eupathy collects, stores, and uses certain general data regarding user counseling sessions such as when user contact or correspond with therapists or other health care providers via the Services, when a counseling / therapy session has been scheduled by the user, when a Counselor or user joins a scheduled session, when a counseling session began and ended, and whether a counseling session was canceled or re-scheduled.
Communication Data
Depending on how you interact with the services, you may share your personal information with therapists / counselors who participate in chat and video call sessions. Eupathy supports one-to-one chats with therapists / counselors and their chats are not accessible to other users..
Health Assessments
Eupathy offers a health assessment to assess your health based questionnaire where you will be asked to provide personal information. It is your choice to participate in these assessments; not participating will not prevent you from participating in any other aspect of the Services offered.
Security
Eupathy takes reasonable steps to protect information we collect from you to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. While we take reasonable efforts to guard personal information we knowingly collect directly from you, no security system is impenetrable. We take precautions to protect your information by encrypting the Log-in password.
